Brandon and Heather Ainsworth started Southern Firefly Candle Co. in 2012 because they wanted to start a family business and create a legacy for their children. In three short years, they’ve gone from hand pouring candles in their home to a small storefront in Nolensville to a full-fledged, mulit-employee operation just south of Franklin—don't worry all of the candles are still hand poured and their attention to detail has not wavered.
The reason we love these candles is because unlike candles that reek like a 13 year old boy who got into his dad’s cologne or candles that give off a tiny waft of aroma but don’t have the strength to overpower a smelly pet, these candles have staying power. The scents like green bamboo and amber oak are complex but not muddled. Made with all natural soy wax, double cotton wicks, and no dyes or additives, the eco-friendly candles will have guests asking about the scent (in a good way) and you'll find yourself lighting them to make every moment at home a little warmer.
