Silent Auction Requests
Due a busy holiday season, we are unable to fulfill requests until January 2020. Please only complete the below form if your event is AFTER January 1 2020.
Batch is happy to support nonprofit groups looking to raise funds at events via silent auctions. To qualify, your group must meet the following criteria:
- Be located near where Batch operates - in or around the Nashville, TN area
- Be a registered 501(c)3 corporate in good standing with local, state, and national authorities
- Be able to pick up your donation from our Batch retail store before your event
In return, Batch asks for:
- Recognition to all event attendees at your event
- Ability to place marketing information in and alongside the Batch to be auctioned
- Acknowledgment of the donation via approved tax deduction receipt
